Old Fashioned Goulash

2,pounds ground beef

1, medium yellow onion

Water 3 cups

2,  15 ounce can tomato sauce

2,  14.5 ounce diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons basil

1 tablespoon seasoning salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  1. Dice the onions put aside. In a large skillet cook the meat over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks into small pieces. Cook until the meat is cooked through and there’s no longer any pink.  Stir in the onions and garlic. Cook and stir the mixture until the onions are translucent.

2. Using a Large pot, put the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes,  oregano, basil, , seasoned salt, and black pepper. Then stir in the water and the hamburger without draining it, Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
